Abstract. This study aims to analyze the area and distribution of land cover in last 10 years Krueng Aceh evaluate alignment between regional spatial plan (RTRW) watershed. The results analysis were obtained through digital image processing derived from Landsat 7 ETM 2009 8 OLI 2020. shows that form primary forest has changed 2020, wherein had an 60,245.62 ha or 34.11% entire while 2020 it was reduced 48,512.00 27.47% area. And Based on evaluation consistency closure conditions watershed against Provincial RTRW, 98.40% consistent with RTRW.
